What is that bump or wrinkle along the side?
Looks like a poorly-installed screen protector.
Tiny gap on mine too all the way round, looks just like yours.
It’s not something I’d have noticed had you not mentioned it, I don’t generally look at my phones that closely.
I wouldn’t worry about it.
If this is the phone you opened yourself to clean the dust out of the camera what does it matter? If the screen isn't on properly it's because you installed it wrong. You have no warranty since you decided to do it yourself so if you don't like the way it looks remove the screen again, replace the seal and reinstall it betterYup. Dust in the cameras.
He removed the screen himself to remove dust from the camera.Just a few observations worth noting based on your current thread(s) started and now you’re on your fourth iPhone for alleged defect reasons. Stop looking for minor imperfections, every iPhone has one, unless it poses a serious concern, then address it directly with Apple.

Your iPhone 10 & 11 has dust in the camera
I’ve done multiple housing swaps for iPhone X to qualify for warranty replacement due to another issue. It’s possible to do it right and without leaving a trace.forums.macrumors.com

If it bothers you take it to Apple and get it replaced. I'm sure eventually you can find a phone up to your standards...Buddy listen, removing and re-installing the screen does not shrink the screen or expand the metal frame. It's done with a plastic pick. When you put back in the screen it has clips in it, it snaps back into place. From doing some research it looks like this gap is a common issue and all those people aren't opening their phones.
