garage band - how do I know which option is the right USB mic that I want to use?

below are my input options on GARAGEBAND -

one of these is my USB (snowball) microphone - but how do i know which one?

Do all four of those disappear when you disconnect the mic?

When it's connected what do you see in Audio MIDI Setup?
