GarageBand 09 Help

Hello, I recently bought iLife 09 and absolutely love it.

I use Garageband alot and when I went to go into the loops section it said that there were loops that were not installed. It said to put the iLife 09 disc in to install them. So I did. After the Install I went to open GarageBand and it is getting stuck on Initialising.

Please Help!?
