Garageband Loops

I have Garageband '09 and I am wondering why I can't get all of the loops in my project. In the picture below 50% of the categories are greyed out.

Any help appreciated. 🙂
 
I reinstalled Garageband with the iLife '09 DVD and all of the loops were available. Thanks for your help! 🙂
