GarageBand Musical Notation

I am an avid garageband user and have been searching on the internet for a way to import musical notation into garageband. So far i have nothing. if anyone could tell me some way to do so that would be great.

i have attempted to do this, none ado

the best option i got for myself was logic pro or express, which works with sibelius. I plan to go out and try finale notepad with logic.
