Garageband to iTunes?

Is there a way that I can take something that I made in Garageband and put it into iTunes? I want to put what I made onto my iPod.

I'm still on GarageBand 2, but doesn't the current version still have "Export to iTunes" in the File menu?

Edit: Actually, I think GarageBand 3 uses "Send Song to iTunes" in the Share menu.
