I tried to archive and install but that didn't help any tips would be great thanks I provide a screen shot of the problem below took screen shot from mail app also does this same kind of text on website I visit.

For this, I've usually recommended these links as pre-flight runners:

There is a reason they're near the top of Google's return on "Garbled Font."
Try those links first, even though in this instance, it probably won't help you since you did an Archive and Install which apparently didn't fix the issue. If it doesn't fix it, then more details are necessary, such as:
What model of Macintosh are you using and version of OS X?
What applications are you seeing this in?
Are you noticing any other graphical glitches (like video artifacts, etc)?
Does it carry across to other user accounts?
Have you installed fonts, or did anything with the fonts via FontBook (or any other font app)?
