Gave 4 GB Of Ram To Boot Camp/Parallel Question

    i gave 4 gigs of ram to my windows on parallel, and i have total of 8 gigs on my macbook pro 13" 2010


    if I'm not running parallel desktop, will i be able to use all 8GB of ram?

    Yes.

    And Boot Camp is not the same as Parallels Desktop.
    Boot Camp is running Windows natively outside Mac OS X, and Parallels Desktop is virtualisation of Windows as a Virtual Machine (VM) inside Mac OS X.
