Broken Hearts Club WAS good.
I concur!

Haven't seen The Rocky Horror Picture Show mentioned, yet...

...oh, yeah, the soundtrack is excellent... ;)

I'm with Guitarius on this one. Rocky Horror is just a bit too strange for my tastes.

Broken Heart's Club was pretty good, not as good as Trick though IMO. Broken Heart's Club ended on kind of a sad yet hopeful note, Trick was just increadibly sweet. I guess I liked Trick so much because it was such a cute romantic story, and the genders of the characters were unimportant. If one of the two main characters were a girl it would still be a very good movie. I'm glad they were both guys though :). Broken Hearts Club was all about gay culture and the steretypes that come with it, and gay culture gets on my nerves a lot. But I suppose that was the point of the film :p.

It's not that it's strange...it's just bad. The only good thing in it is Meatloaf and his song. Other than that, there are no redeeming factors.

I was once drug along to see it at the theatres. Those people are crazy. This movie needs to be shot.

I've never seen it, but had room mates that used to dress up and go see it every week?

What is that all about?

And you never went with them? not even once?:p Sounds like something to experience once or twice. I've never been either.

Nice thread revival:D

i hated the rocky horror picture show. i hadn't seen it til my college orientation. i went to it, and everyone did the whole talking and saying dumb stuff throughout... totally ruined it. but oh well

Seriously, I never know what they did - they did say that the screamed at the screen?

I dunno..out of all the room mates I had, Steve and I got along famously.

He was a strange effer, though.

What does that say?

Back to gay cinema - gay and straight alike, I recommend "Get Real" - and independent British film. Very good. :)

I'm looking forward to Brokeback Mountain with none other than Jake Gyllenhaal.
