It seems Nintendo has shut down gba4ios.
If you didnt get it, you are out of luck.
Do you have any source other than the website being down?
You can always clone this repository and compile it yourself: https://github.com/rileytestut/GBA4iOS
Not a big surprise. Nintendo isnt a really big fan of emulation unless they are the ones selling the emulated games and the emulator is themselves written and distributed by them. There isnt much they can do against emulators themselves, but if these companies even try to touch distributing rome, they are toast.
Most video game publishers would probably take a similar stance to Nintendo here.
Truth. It's just really too bad that they won't open their eyes to what mobile devices could do for them.
I don't think nintendo has anything to do about that.
True, no console company must like emulators, but on the law side, there is absolutely nothing illegal about them.
ROMs on the other hand are a completely different matter.
After some reading, I see that gba4ios included a rom finder/downloader; this was a mistake as it put it on the wrong side of the law
Maybe it will come back, and if it does I'm pretty sure people will have to find and install the games themselves.
Well gba4ios is up again. Just check their fb #
