i know this gbp sleeping problem has been mentioned billions of time on this forum but i wanted to mention that i get my gbp heating like a hot plate only when im traveling (moving around class) and never when i sleep my computer back at home.

well this problem only happened to me about 3 times in 3 months? so its not a big/main concern but do you guys know if theres any correlation between traveling and the overheating of the gbp? thanks

Related to traveling? No, not that I know of. One thing you may want to check though, is the logs in Console. When it wakes up, it records the reason why in system.log. Might give you a clue if you are having problems with it waking up when it shouldn't.
