Geektool refresh counter question

Hi guys, I have a quick question:

If I set the refresh rate to every 24 hours via the Geektool preference pane, will the count reset at the time I set it at (e.g. if I set it at 11:49AM, stuff only updates each day at 11:49AM), or at the start of each day?
