    Hello,

I must be doing something wrong. I've installed Geektool, and begun playing around a little. I can get Shell scripts to work just fine, but files and Geeklets do not seem to work right.

Rather than the calendar, weather data, etc. the actual code of the file shows up. Screenshot attached.

If you tell it to display a file, that's what it will do. It doesn't parse, interpret, etc, the file. To use a script that's in a file, call it from a shell script using the appropriate interpreter.

    Thanks, that's what I needed!

Now, to start downloading and tweaking code...
