I'm currently JB'n (untethered) using redsn0w with the 4.2b3 SHSH blobs. Is there any reason I should be using greenpois0n (Chronic dev team) as opposed to my current JB (iPhone Dev Team)? Is there any advantage with one over the other?

I know, I know, abit of a n00b question ... but the last time I was in the JB scene it was mainly the iPhone Dev Team releasing jailbreak's and therefore the question never arose.

Thanks.

If you have access to the 4.2b3 SHSH and you're not having problems, I wouldn't bother. The new untethered jailbreak is for people who don't have those SHSH blobs.

I have my iphone 4 already jailbroken using redsn0w tethered jailbreak. Now I want to use Greenpois0n rc5...so how should I proceed now
