PC 8800GT in XP and HD2600XT in Mac OS?

So I have a new Mac Pro running a HD2600XT in Mac OS. I tried to add a PC 8800GT (XFX alpha dog edition) and could still boot into Mac OS with the ATI card (although the 8800GT really makes some noise). However, Windows XP seems to insist booting the ATI as well ... I can only get the 8800GT running in Windows when I remove the ATI and place the 8800GT in the slot. This is of course a pain ... any chance to run both cards side by side (ATI in MacOS and Nvidia in Win) without pulling cards? Thanks for any help ... also I am curious if soon PC 8800er can be flashed to EFI ... I have a flashed GF6200 in my Cube and I am happy with it ... even runs Leopard!

I just installed Vista Ultimate 64 in the Boot Camp generated partition of a 8-core Mac Pro 3.2GHz. Then I pulled the Radeon HD 2600 XT out and replaced it with a PC compatible BFG nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX (768MB - overclocked) --- which, by the way, requires two power feeds. Thankfully I had two proprietary power cords from Apple and the motherboard has two 6 pin power feeds.

The GeForce 8800 GTX booted up just fine with Vista as the default boot volume. I've installed the latest driver from nVidia. It's running at 2560x1600 on the 30" Cinema.

Next I'm going to run some gaming benchmarks and report back. Moo ha ha.
