Do you gus know a product that would help for a spikey look that is messy, but high up in the air. I tried Got2B products but it doent help because after 10 minutes it just drops. Whats is a good paste product that would hold up 8 inch of hair?

Try Copydex glue. Not a joke BTW - its what the original punk rockers use. Sometimes need to iron your hair in the morning to get it straight again.

I always liked Redken Maneuver working wax. As you could adjust or fix your hair during the day and it survives sweating.

If you want helmet hair I recommend whatever the highest strength rating is of hair mousse.

Personally I stopped using anything years ago. I simply comb my hair after a shower and let it dry. I have found it stays quite neat this way. I also carry a comb for quick corrections after a still breeze.

Try that American Crew fibre thingy. And I used L'Oreal Remix for a while, works great too, but it's more for shorter hair.

^ I'd be surprised if the OP hasn't changed his hair in 2 years :p

I used to use Wax, it was okay in small quantities but it's very messy stuff. Used to use some kind of gel wax when my hair was shorter but now I just stick to gel. My fave is V05 Mega Hold but I don't have much need for it nowadays.

Gel it up like mad, then hang upside down for an hour?

x2 for Redken Working Wax Maneuver. It works very well for thin hair, my hair gets thinned at the barbers but then when it thickens it is no good for me, so I sometimes use this brand called: Stiff @#!% <-- Spelled like that (at, number sign, exclamation, percent). It works well, it is a paste which comes in a round flat container.

for the past year or so i've been using Joico Ice Spiker Gel works well but makes your hands very sticky so you need to wash your hands with soap and water

Wax ?

hey, i just got a haircut. .. Spikes. i want to know that which wax should i use for hair styling. .. my hair length is 2inch. if i use gel, they start turning from top. .. i want to give them a dry look and strong hold and stay high up in the air. i want to know which wax to use ?

I usually use either of these two, they do a great job with hold, and have a dry, textured look too.

or Loreal Professional Beach Creme:

People still spike their hair? I thought that went the way of the mullet, it's been around for so long. Although, saggy baggies are still holding strong ...

^ My son uses that, he really likes it.

I use Renati Rock Hard.

I've got very short, thin hair and I like it to stick out a bit. If I use Wella High Hair Ocean Sprizz first, it helps:

Anyone ever try that Fructis Manga styling stuff? I don't use stuff in my hair but heard that's supposed to be good.

?

Loreal Professional Deviation Paste and beach creme will help standing hair high ?
Cuz as far as i've tried, only wax has works for long hair.
I use nitro canada hair wax. .. but i want to know if there is something more better than this.

Deviation paste has a really crazy strong hold, its like using cement or putty, you can totally style your hair high, even if its medium/long.

Beach creme has a lesser hold, but gives you that unstructured, messy look.

I have, but I really didn't like it, left my hair too shiny/greasy looking.

This one is my current favourite, V05 Matt Paste. Keeps my hair styled all day, washes easily, and doesn't give that shiny effect.

I'm not big on hair stuff now, but many years ago I used it; That shiny effect was horrible, I agree. Plus it made your hair into a helmet that would 'crack' when you tapped it :D

Hopefully you're not trying to become a guido... Oh well. If you are, good on you, if you're not, even better.
