Apple can stick to privacy and I’m good with it. But I’m also good with determining who I want to share my information with. This notion that Apple knows better than their users is asinine. Are you sure you want the contents of your home cataloged by Google? Can you imagine the advertising opportunies and in this case you have willingly openned your door to the salesman. Now that Musk has integraed government databases, why not capture your home environment to further intrude into what was a private space.
I hope Apple maintains its commitment to privacy, even if some talk about "playing catch up."
I recognize this may have been more factual and warranted in the 90s and 00s when tech wasn’t as mainstream but now, with a generation or two growing up tech savvy, this is out dated.
