Gen3 question (to jailbreak or not to jailbreak)

I have a 3rd gen Apple TV that hasn't been updated in over a year so I'm assuming it's still jail breakable (I don't know much about JBing the TV) and I'm mostly interested in being able to mirror stuff from my phone to the TV via Bluetooth.

I don't have wifi, so it's been sitting on my shelf since I moved gathering dust.

Is there a mirror app so I can stream Netflix from my phone to the tv??

I am not positive, but nearly so...the ATV3 has never been able to be jailbroken.

As the post above states, there's no jailbreak for the 3rd generation Apple TV and never has been. If you have an A1469 model, you should be able to use AirPlay mirroring without having wifi.
