I assume you are talking about viewing EXIF data. I use the procam app to look at EXIF data. It works good. I think it's $2.99, and it's so much more than just an EXIF data viewer.
Here's an example of what it gives you:

I believe there are some free options as well (at least there used to be).

There's MediaInfo which is free and shows the photo and video info.

There's also the free Investigator which can be accessed from the share menu of the photos app, but can't do videos.
