General MacBook Pro questions

(Hey guys, it's been a while)

Does anyone know about the gaming performance of a new 15" MacBook pro with 512 MB 8600M card? And by games, I mean Counter-Strike Source, Half Life 2, and BioShock, to name a few.

Also, how much bigger is the 17" than the 15"? Can the 17" fit in a backpack or a safe?

not sure about 2.5 but I played call of duty 4 with my 2.4 256 gpu and had no problems.
