Hello everyone,

I have a genius appointment tomorrow concerning some defects on my iPhone 5 screen. I called Apple yesterday and the representative said it was the first time they were hearing about defects on the screen for the iPhone 5. I told them there was a gray dot on the screen that wouldn't disappear and that there was a dead pixel on the bottom left of the screen. He told me that they should be able to replace the iPhone and give me a completely new unit with the box and everything.

I was wondering if you guys have any tips for tomorrow appointment? Have any of you guys gone through this? I would like to hear some input. Thank you very much for your attention. I'm just worried they won't give me a brand new iPhone instead offer me a refurbish.

My only advice should be common sense but in today's world most people seem to ignore it.

Be polite. Be nice. Be kind. Treat the worker like a human being.

Be surprised.. goes a LONG ways ;)

GL!
