Genius Bar confirmation

    Finally I'll have time to take this scuker to an Apple Store - system HDD died - but is it normal that I still haven't received any confirmation of my appointment I've scheduled online yesterday?

    They usually don't send confirmation, you just have to remember your appointment. You could always call the store though and double check. :)

    Also, on the page where it asks you for your name and email, there is a link in the bottom left to confirm your reservation.
