I went to the millenia mall store to return my phone for a new one because it had defects, The new one came out of a white box with just the phone in it. I was assured it was brand new. So after he is in teh back for like 15 mins, he comes out with my new phone already hooked up and said that was all. I look at the new phone and it is worse off than the one i returned and went back up to him and said this is not acceptable and he ordered me another one that i have to pick up on saturday.

A brand new one in retail box sealed? or just another service phone? They will gladly give you another service phone, but if you decided you just do not want an iPhone whatsoever, a refund is not an option. And as I said again, this is just a precautionary warning from what I was told by a "Genius."
