Having problem with iCloud syncing contacts correctly between iPhone 4s, Ipad2, and Outlook 2007.

Apple care was not able to solve it over the phone.

Made an appointment at the Genius Bar after describing the problem. Apple store representative assured me the person I made the appointment with was very knowledgeable about iCloud.

The "Genius" did not know much beyond setting up an email account, turning on WiFi, etc. He said he does not get many 'technical' questions.

The "Genius Bar" answer - "If it doesn't work, don't use it"

Complete waste of time.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4S: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A405 Safari/7534.48.3)

To be fair, this iCloud thing is still a bit wonky all around and can confuse even the best of us.

I still don't trust it for anything more than syncing my calendars and contacts. But I am starting to move away from it because sometimes it isn't working and sometimes it does.
