Genuine display in macbook pro early 2015?

I’m about to buy a used macbook pro (early 2015).
Is it possible to determine if the original retina display has been replaced with a non apple/third party display?
In other words will it show up in the system report?
If anybody has this model, could you please post what system report states under display.

No sweat. I'm running Mojave. Not sure that matters, but throwing that out there.
