New to the homekit world. I have 2 Philips Hue bulbs (one in my bedroom, one in the living room), and one lamp plugged into a Koogeek smart outlet in the living room. I have the home app set to turn on the two lights in the living room when I get home. It works maybe 60-70% of the time. When it doesn't work, sometimes they are just delayed, and they'll turn on maybe 5 mins after I get home, but sometimes it just doesn't work at all. Any ideas as to why?

Do you have a HomeKit Hub? HomeKit kinda needs one so it works better, officially it needs one so you use it when you are not home, but wifi usually doesn't connect instantly when you arrive home.

Sadly, even so it's not that reliable. At least that's my story with the iPad, maybe if you have one of the new Apple TV's it might work better.
