German First Wave preorder with still "Processing" status here?

Hi,

don't let me alone here :) It's hard to see all the shipping and arrival notifications in my timelines. My 42mm Sports black is still only in processing.
I was waiting for month for this Friday, took off work and now: Nothing! It is the first time in my long Apple "career" that I can't take part in the launch day game. Let us share our pain ;)

You are not the only one. Waiting for the same model, confirmation mail received at 09:03 on the 10th. What a pain!

First time since the iphone introduction that I do not have an Apple product on launch day. I even had the first iPad because I flew to the US.

Just to be sure to have a watch next week I ordered the blue aluminum for developers. At least I won that lottery...

Ah, it's good to know that I'm not alone :)
I was also thinking about entering the lottery, but luckily I will be on vacation starting Sunday. So 14 days without thinking every few minutes about the watch delivery. Hopefully, I will have a watch waiting for me when I come back.

For the Apple Watch 2, I will definitive order more models with different bands just to be sure to get at least one at launch.

I know, it will not come today or tomorrow. But I still check the status every few minutes.
Sounds stupid. But I'm a no smoker and drink not much. So there has to be at least something I'm addicted to :)

If you are not at home for 14 days and the watch gets delivered by DHL you do know that they will only keep it in their depots for 7 days before sending them back?!

Make sure that someone can get packages for you.

Yes, that was my biggest fear. But the ONLY advantage of being still in "processing" is the fact, that you can change the shipping address. So I changed it to my sister in law.

Maybe there is a little hope for us, that we will get our watches in the early next week!?

In the austrailian order thread, some people with the same history like we, are gettin "prepared for shipment" at the moment. Local time there is 7:28 PM Friday.

I hope, this is the second wave!
 
Did you already get charged? I have a DKB Visa and no possibility to see a live view. So I actually don't know. Called them yesterday and there was no charge and no authorization.

My Space Gray 42mm (09:03) is also still processing. The charger I bought yesterday on the other hand just went to "Preparing for Shipment". Not that this means anything.
 
Just got a sending mail from Apple. My heart beats quick for some seconds until I realized it was the additional charger.

EDIT: Just called the DKB and asked for an actual charge. The charger was charged yesterday evening 5:30 pm. No other charge so far.

Next Friday is a bank holiday, which means that if nothing happens next week, I will cancel my order the following Monday.

I know that Apple does not care, but I have read actual reviews from people now . The excitement is limited.

If Apple wants my 900 Euro they have to be quick or I'll pass ...

I already read negative reviews from real people playing with it for 10 minutes.
Some already sold their watch on E-Bay, saying they will not order another.

I"m less and less excited.
