GERMANY: iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus Thread

Hey, mine is also already visible with it's serial-no. in my support profile, but order-status is still on "Versand wird vorbereitet". Delivery-date is friday, however.
 
Can you tell me from your experience. Do you think that phones will be on stock to pick them from Apple Store (Dresden), eventually with reservation, week after release? I'm thinking about 6s 64 GB Silver.

It depends. The Apple Stores are getting new stock 2-4x a week. Best tactic is to visit the store in the morning and give it a try (that's from my experience with the iPhone 5s at Apple Store Kurfürstendamm in Berlin).

just saw that they shipped it last year 6 days earlier... i know/hope that they will arrive on friday...?

Since I can't get it delivered (I don't live in Germany), I reserved a 6s Plus in the Apple Store in Cologne. I just hope the phone will be there when I show up at my appointment. There's no way of checking it, and it's the first time I did this :(

Last year was a different story since they released the iPhone 6 one week earlier (keynote on Tuesday, preorders on Friday, release on Friday the following week). If I remember correctly I could track my iPhone 6 out of China. This year it will come from one of the hubs in Europe.

Has anyone of you ever picked up a package before the first delivery attempt at a UPS customer center in Germany?

I don't really know if it's possible. I vaguely remember that I wanted to try it once, but didn't do it for whatever reason.

If you want to do, you should consider to get in touch with them beforehand, as this probably needs preparations from their side.
 
It is possible if you have signed up for UPS MyChoice, but I can't find any experience reports from german customers :/

Apple is mostly not using UPS in Germany at the moment. My Apple Watch came with Hermes.
