Gestures and facetime

I can't be the only one with this issue...anyone with multitouch gestures enabled have trouble with gestures immediately following a FaceTime. It needs a kick start of sorts--double clicking the home button t getvgestures to work again...any solutions?

Also I have noticed when in pictures u can't minimise like u used too cause it exits the program

Oh that's weird. Haven't noticed that..you use two fingers to minimize right? Two fingers shouldnt exit the program.
