I just upgraded to the GM Lion yesterday. It's working ok besides a few problems with gestures. I used to be able to navigate web pages extremely fast using firefox 5 and my MBP's trackpad. Now, I can no longer go back by swiping left or going forward a page by swiping right. I tried disabling the gestures in preferences that had used 3 or 4 fingers.
I also was able to rotate my fingers left and right and switch my tabs. It's still in my about:config like it used to be. But it no longer does anything.
Lastly, I can no longer scroll to the top of the page by swiping up, and scrolling to the bottom of pages by swiping down.
Can anyone help me figure this out? This is very frustrating, and I may end up rolling back to Snow Leopard if I cannot deal with these problems. Thanks for the help.

Here you go; I asked the same thing the other day:

Basically it'll need an update from Mozilla to fix it. However in the meantime you can get back & forward working by changing the Trackpad page swiping prefs from 2 finger to either 2 & 3 or 3 finger swiping.

3-Finger up/down to get the Top of page & Bottom of page doesn't work although I've since got that working with BetterTouchTool []

    You are a life saver!
I'm checking out BetterTouchTool right now. If that fixes my up and down swipe issue, I will jump for joy. I'd give you a hug if I could man! lol
Yep, BTT fixed all my problems. What else have you used BTT to fix than Lion messed up?

No probs! Literally only used it to fix the up/down swiping. I had a quick go to see if I could get the new style two finger back & forward working (by mapping the 2 finger swipe -> 3 finger swipe) but it didn't seem to work.
