gestures software

I'm looking for something that does the following: if I make a gesture such as an 'X', it closes the current window. If I make a jab to the right, it switches tabs in Safari. Jab down minimizes window. A circle refreshes the page... that type of thing.

Is there any software that does this based on just a quick mouse gesture (no keys), and that is free?

Try a program like Cocoa Gestures. Obviously it will only work with code written in Cocoa (Safari, finder I think, etc).
