Additionally, you can get the 256GB Wi-Fi iPad mini 7 for $499.00 and the 512GB Wi-Fi iPad mini 7 for $699.00, both $100 discounts and available in multiple colors. These sales are all solid second-best prices on the iPad mini 7.

Deals on cellular models are a bit rarer on Amazon, with one color of the 128GB cellular iPad mini 7 on sale for $549.00 and a few colors of the 256GB cellular iPad mini 7 on sale for $649.00, both $100 off. Best Buy has more options for cellular models, with nearly every device on sale at $100 off this week.

I love it when the $399 deal comes around. It's a good price for the Mini IMO, even for the base configuration. Even better if you can get a good trade-in for the prior model. 🙂

I recommend the Mini 7 but, historically, Amazon has the same sale throughout the year.

If you don't have the money just after Christmas, you can wait on the next Mini 7 sale by Amazon.

You’re thinking of the issue that plagued the Mini 6. The Mini 7 is not remotely noticeable; I own a 7 and can’t recreate the documented issues from the prior 6 model.
Yeah no, it’s still there. Verified myself at launch and there are a bunch of YT videos just like this breaking it down.

This entire review reiterates it’s a common LCD issue, you really have to look for it, and he didn’t notice it until he saw someone else complain about it and now he can unsee it. He concludes to say how subjective it is.

I agree with the review you shared and repeat I subjectively can’t see the well-documented, so-called ‘issue’ in daily use. It’s just an LCD artifact that happens to exist, and while it bothers some, it certainly doesn’t bother me or impact my positive opinion of the iPad Mini.
