OK, whatever you guys say. We'll just see what happens when Karl Lagerfeld proclaims the Watch "so 2015" and stops wearing his solid gold link band Edition ... or not. Suggesting Apple is just going to keep stamping out the same old design in different colors year after year; and all this laser focus on luxury fashion is secondary to the device -- that Apple will treat this just like any old product they have ever made; is a bit short sighted, given the evidence of how different this product has been so far from any other.

I don't know who Karl Langfield is, so I don't care if he stops wearing his Edition or not.

And I'm not saying Apple isn't making any effort to appeal to the fashion/luxury market, obviously they are. And I really like the Hermes watch and would buy one if my budget wasn't a bit tight at the moment. But I'm just saying that the basic hardware design of the Apple Watch is this black square screen, and they can't change that much without affecting how it functions as a Smart Watch.

I mean, look at the Apple Watch, it's this square screen with a thin bezel. How much design elements can you squeeze into that little bezel? After all this discussion, I still can't *see* how Apple could change up the design of the watch body to the degree you seem to think they should.
