So somehow ALL my podcasts, subscriptions and episodes, vanished from my iTunes. When I select "My podcasts" I just get the introduction page. Probably because I recently deleted everything out of my iPhone podcast app. A little odd because I never use my phone for podcasts. My guess for why. Anyhow, my iPod still has all of what I lost and want to keep on it. I have not synced it since realizing my iTunes is blank. Is there a sure way to get all the content from my iPod to iTunes so I don't have to resub all my podcasts and figure out what episodes to get? Of course searching for this issue brings up only the opposite of what I need. Regular syncing.
iTunes 12.3.2.35
iPod Nano Gen 7 firmware1.0.4
OS X 10.11.3

There are some apps that will let u copy songs, podcasts from the iPod to your computer. I've used Detune for Mac.
