For non-US users, we can at least see real-time heart rate tracking using the normal Heart Rate app.
The closest thing we’ll have that the ECG has, I guess. By placing your finger on the Digital Crown for about 3 secs, it tracks your heart rhythm faster than the optical sensor, watch the app update your heart rate every single second rather than the 5 second interval like it was before.
We don’t get to see a graph, but the Health app marks it as ECG.
