Apps Get rid of Apple Events app

I delete it from the home screen however it stays forever in the App Store in the folder "not on this device" or whatever it's called... How do I get completely rid of it? Anyone?

I would also love to know, how could I remove my purchases from iTunes Store that I really do not care about anymore.

I'm not sure there's any way for a user to completely remove them from their Apple ID's records, however you can hide them from the "Not on this device" list by swiping left on them in that list. This reveals the "Hide" option.

I know but the feature to hide apps is not available in tvOS and the app is tvOS only.
