Get rid of iTunes account

My son in all his wisdom used his account to download a couple apps to my MBP . I thought I had gotten rid of everything , but now when I check for updates , it keeps telling me there are other accounts that need updating too !! It wants to download the same updates for both his account and mine . How do I get rid of this ???😕
