Get rid of MySMS pop-up window?

So I downloaded mysms on my jb/unlocked iphone and I ended up not really using that much so i deleted it. I seems like it is still on my phone, the icon is gone but I still get this annoying pop up window when there is a text message and it says

MySMS demo-version
This demo not allow to quick anser in CURRENT message

Anyone know how to get rid of this all together?

If you've tried everything to remove it, you can always do a restore, and rejailbreak. That will remove it for sure. 🙂 Also check the files on the phone via SSH and delete any relating to that.

What else can I do to remove it? When I reset my phone by holding both the power and home button it restarts and the mysms icon is back

So you have tried to uninstall it in cydia? I would download Icy, and try to uninstall it through there. It might make a difference.

http://apt.ripdev.com is the source you need to enter in Cydia to download Icy.
