iPhone Get stuck on syncing.

I get stuck on this ****. Even Wifi or cable. had try everything, changing cables, reinstall itunes, update itunes, delete lockdown folder, using registry cleaner, iphone configuration utilities. Fed up with what happening! Anyone can HELP please?????😕😕😕😕
