Get the "Tips for Your Mac" back (macOS introduction app)

Is it possible to re-launch the below app (please see the screenshot) once it is closed?

I've just tried Spotlight and entered the terms "Quickly Find".
Tips showed up as part of the search results.

What if you go to Finder > Help > Tips for your Mac? Does that work for you? When I do it, the window looks like this:

"Finder > Help > Tips for your Mac" works. This is what I was looking for. But, unlike in your screenshot, mine works fine.
