after i downloaded MSN messenger, or Whatsapp from Appstore, when I launch it, it shows this.

i'm running on iOS4.2, JB & unlocked on TMo.
any idea on how to fix this? i've even installed the push fix 1.0 already.
for example, i'll be texting using whatsapp, then once i exit out of the program for a long while, or even force close the app running in the background, i won't get any text if someone send me; until i turn on the app again.
i've already enable the notification setting on the iphone, how do you do it from itune?
i never had this problem in iOS3.2
