Getting a DVD onto a Palm PDA using my Mac

Hi,

I have just ordered the Palm Tungsten T5 to use at work. I have also ordered a 1GB SD card for it. I have a large DVD collection and I was wondering if it is possible to compress a DVD onto an SD card to watch on my new Palm when I have free time at work. There are several tutorials for how to do this for PCs but I have no idea what software, etc I would need to do it on a Mac.

I have heard that you use mac the ripper then psp ware to compress it.
Sorry i have a slow connection and it will take ages to find the links.

Use Mac The Ripper to rip it (it takes off Macrovision encoding), and then Handbrake to get it to a small enough size to fit onto the SD card. How you get it onto the T5 I've no idea - I haven't got one
