Getting a great deal for 15-inch. Should I?

I'm getting a great deal on a brand new 15-inch MacBook Pro. This is the Core i7 model with 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and the R370X for US$1850.

I have the MacBook Retina and honestly, was looking to buy the new Microsoft Surface Book. Tried Windows 10 on the MacBook but it runs very sluggish. So I could either go for this very high-end MBP and obviously have the advantage of running OS X and Windows or I could go for Surface Book which might offer a better Windows 10 experience.

Has anyone tried Windows 10 with the new 15-inch MBP in Bootcamp? Particularly interested in the trackpad- does it support new Windows precision mode and 3 finger gestures? And is it as smooth?

Thanks. That's quite a comprehensive look between the two. I still wonder how well the MBP trackpad does in Windows 10
