Getting a Macbook pro - First mac questions

You're laptop is great, and damn, a 9800m?? Thats awsome if you game or encode with it.

Stay with it for a while IMO, unless you really want a mac, and seriously, coming from a long time hardware enthusiast, I can say that if you have win7 i'd just stick with that beast of a computer for a while until the next refresh. You will really kick yourself for not waiting. It's not like it's urgent, as you have a very capable laptop with a kickass video card. There's a very good chance of a redesign knowing apple.

Hey guys I know I went M.I.A for a while but I have been extremely busy with school but still appreciate your replies and have been reading them all.

Also Bradan, I feel like you are right and that is the reason why it is so tough for me to make the decision because in the back of my head I know my laptop is perfectly fine for now and that spending that money just would not be worth it yet. Although maybe for form factor and portability it may be, I will have to see but you made great points.
