Hi Guys,

i have been offered a refund on my 13'' MBP due to having issues with it for over 2 months. i accepted this, and said it would all be organised to get the laptop collected and then the refund will be processed.

how long does this normally take? the woman said upto 2 weeks to me, but i can't imagine it being that long surely !?

thanks.

She said up to two weeks, so that doesn't necessarily mean it'll take exactly 2 weeks. You also have to consider the red tape your refund has to go through plus the money exchange from bank to your bank.

If your machine is custom online order, you can't return it via a retail store. If it is one of the default models, then you could can try returning it at the apple store.
