iPad Getting Apple Store apps on Jailbroken iPad

Hello folks,

Since I jailbroke my iPad in the morning using Absinthe 2.0.4, I have been searching web for ability to install apps from Apple Store as App Store icon has disappeared from my iPad. I read that I should be able to install these apps, but the question is how, esp. in absence of App Store app.

Over the period of time, I have purchased loads of apps so I am little concerned.

Any help is appreciated.

I am sorry if I was not clear in my post.

I do not keep any ipa files on my laptop and I always hated iTunes for whatever purposes. I always used other utilities to get my job done (specifically to copy files to iPad). So now that I do not have those ipa files downloaded from app store (I formatted iPad before jailbreaking), how do I get them?

Start using iTunes.
Log in under your iTunes account and you can download them all for free.

As long as they are paid for you can get them via the app or Itunes on your computer. Apple keeps a log of all all your purchases.

I'm confused on why your AppStore disappeared. Are you sure it did? Go to the spotlight of your iPad and search for it.

Restore as new then redownload all apps from the app store again
