Getting around iCloud Music Library limits

I have a live concert that I ripped from Mixcloud. It's 2 hours and 22 seconds long. I really don't want to have to turn off iCloud Music Library on my phone. Is there any way to get around the iCloud Music Library limits to get it on my phone? Or is there software I can use to get it under 2 hours so it will upload?

icloud ..Apple music, iTunes match is really designed for music, not music videos to be uploaded.

Instead just back it up to icloud drive for that... Pay for extra storage.

I had songs with are 2 hours or so, and there is no way around the limits... apart from breaking it up in segments.

if u wanna stream it, and you wanna keep the same audio quality, use QuickTime can open it, u can trim it there.
