Getting data off the health app

I'm interested in running some computations on my own health data. Is it possible within the apple ecosystem ? If not, is there a device with easy(er) transportability for the data.

If you go into the health app on your iPhone and tap your picture (or initials), then scroll to the bottom, you'll see an option to "Export All Health Data" It chugs away for a while, and then spits out a zip file with your data in csv format.
