Getting emails despite notification settings

Hi,
New user here. I keep getting email notifications about posts and threads even though I've disabled them. Is there something I'm missing? Here's how the settings look like:

I believe that setting is thread specific. The global preference is going forward.

From there you should be able to mass select the watched threads and disable emails from the bottom pop up menj
