can i delete these repos? i have ifile, but not sure how to delete them or if its safe to.

so i did what it was said to do in ifile, but i misinterpreted it and deleted the actual "partial" folder. now cydia crashes everytime after i select user and hit ok. please help me!!!! what do i need to do?
